Biography

Amber Enders is a workers’ compensation litigation paralegal who brings a rare depth of employer-side experience to the defense of claims. She has spent nearly two decades managing and litigating workers’ compensation and employment matters throughout Ohio, across the continental United States, and in select international jurisdictions, giving her a practical understanding of how employers, TPAs, and carriers make decisions.

Before returning to a dedicated litigation paralegal role, Amber served in a corporate workers’ compensation management position for a large multinational company, where she managed programs in several U.S. states and Canadian provinces and helped lead an international product liability team. This experience sharpened her ability to design and execute claim-handling strategy, analyze medical and investigative records to determine compensability, set settlement authority using key metrics, and collaborate closely with risk management and legal counsel to drive timely, cost-effective claim resolutions. It also allowed her to develop process innovations—including automated wage tools and standardized communications—and to provide state-specific compliance education and return-to-work guidance for new and existing facilities.

She is known for her strategic approach, strong communication skills, and commitment to building collaborative relationships among employers, TPAs, service providers, and legal teams to achieve compliant, efficient claim resolution.

Outside of work, Amber enjoys collecting vinyl records, upcycling vintage furniture, and curating laid-back dinner parties for friends.
